COUNTY OF KERB X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 10th day
of May 1982, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14647 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of May 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims';
and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last
term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasure,
in amounts and out of Lateral Road ~~1, Road & Bridge 4k1, 2, 3 and 4 Funds, General, Officers
Salary, Jail Operating, Jury, County Law Library, 216th District Probation, Flood Control Main=
tenance, Tax Appraisal Office and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as shown in the Disbursements
Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 14648 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS APPROVED
On this the 10th day of May 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various reportsi
of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk
for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 10th day of May 1982, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came on
'! for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas,
for the period beginning January 1st, 1982 and ending March 31st, 1982, and the same having
been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a
