of May 1982, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of

N0. 14647 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of May 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims
and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last
term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer,
in amounts and out of Lateral Road Cpl, Road & Bridge ~~1, 2, 3 and 4 Funds, General, Officers
Salary, Jail Operating, Jury, County Law Library, 216th District Probation, Flood Control Main-
tenance, Tax Appraisal Office and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as shown in the Disbursements
Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 14648 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS APPROVED
On this the 10th day of May 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various reports
of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk
for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 14649 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING MARCH 31st, 1982
On this the 10th day of May 1982, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came on
for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas,
for the period beginning January 1st, 1982 and ending March 31st, 1982, and the same having
been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a
-.part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the

filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as there-
in shown.

DISTRICT APPROVED, FOR PAYROLL PURPOSES ONLY
On this the 10th day of May 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
"" Commissioner Speakmon, it was unanimously approved by the Court, for payroll purposes only,
that the resignation of Patricia Dyer as Deputy Appraiser of the Kerr County Tax Appraisal
`: District be granted, effective as of May 13th, 1982.

'i N0. 14652 EMPLOYMENT OF KAREN McGOUGH AS DEPUTY APPRAISER OF THE KERR COUNTY TAX APPRAISAL
DISTRICT
On this the 10th day of r1ay, 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Karen McGough, as
' Deputy Appraiser of the Kerr County Tax Appraisal District, for payroll purposes only, at a
salary of $9,900.00 per annum ($825.00 per month), effective as of May 1st, 1982 and that
', her salary be paid out of the Tax Appraisal Office Fund.

N0. 14653 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF KERRVILLE MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT TO TERMINATE THE
EXISTING TAX COLLECTION CONTRACT, EFFECTIVE JULY 1st, 1982
j On this the 10th day of May 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the request of the Kerrville Municipal
Utility District, to terminate the existing Tax Collection Contract, effective July 1st, 1982.

N0. 14654 APPORTIONMENT OF $40,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND TO THE PRECINCT ROAD
AND BRIDGE FUNDS
On this the 10th day of May 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
J, Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur-
~,er be authorized to apportion the sum of $40,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund to the
four Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows:
