N0. 14661 CONFIRMATION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE INTERNATIONAL BRANGUS BREEDERS ASSOCIATION
AND THE HILL COUNTRY DISTRICT JUPdIOR LIVESTOCK SHOW ASSOCIATION FOR USE OF NEW
AGRICULTURE BUILDING
On this the 10th day of May 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously confirmed an Agreement between the International
Brangus Breeders Association and the Hi11 Country District Junior Livestock Show Association.
pursuant to prior authority by Commissioners' Court Order No. 14411, dated August 10th, 1981,
for use of the new building, June 9th thru June 13th, 1982.
The International Brangus Breeders Association agrees to pay $200.00 per day for 5% and
1% of the sale proceeds, which will go to the Hill Country District Junior Livestock Show
Association.
The Hill Country District Junior Livestock Show Association will be responsible for
clean-up.

On this the 10th day of_ May 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the RE-PLAT OF NICKERSON FARM, located
in Kerr County Precinct No. 3.

N0. 14663 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF WESTWAY ESTATES
On this the 10th day of May 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF WESTWAY ESTATES, as
presented by John W. Berge, Jr., located in Kerr County Precinct No. One.

N0. 14664 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF PARK PLACE
On this the 10th day of May 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF PARK PLACE, subject to
the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until
residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed and
and proper drainage completed, according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. Two.

On this the 10th day of May 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF DEAN SUBDIVISION, subject
to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County
until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed
and paved and proper drainage completed, according to the specifications of the Commissioner

Assessor-Collector, at a salary of $9,240.00 per annum ($770.00 per month), effective the
