FOR JANITORIAL SERVICE, EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 1982
On this the 10th day of May 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a written proposal to amendment of
the Agreement between Kerr County and D & L Maintenance, for Janitorial Service.
Effective May 1st, 1982, the monthly rate for Janitorial Service will be increased by
15%, from $1815.00 per month to $2087.25 per month, as set forth in the proposal on file.

ORDER APPOINTING SPECIAL COUNTY JUDGE
TO SERVE IN KEPJt COUTdTY, TEXAS
On this the 17th day of May, 1982, being temporarily absent by reason of physical
incapacitation, I appoint Eugene Williams, a retired District Judge of this State and who
has qualified for the the judicial retirement system, to serve as Special County Judge of
Kerr County, effective immediately and for a period not to exceed one week.
This appointment is made on the motion of the Court and pursuant to Article 1933a,
Sec. 3, Vernon's Annotated Revised Civil Statutes.

On this the 18th day of May, 1982, the Order Appointing Special County Judge for a
period not to exceed one week entered on the minutes of the Court on the 17th day of May,
1982, as amended to reflect the appointment of Eugene Williams, a retired District Judge of
this state who has qualified for the judicial retirement system, shall be effective for May
17th and 18th only, rather than for a period of one week as previously ordered.
