N0. 14670 ACCEPTANCE OF PORTION OF NIXON LANE IN MONTEBELLO ESTATES SUBDIVISION
On this the 26th day of May 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a portion of PdIXON LANE
(which had not previously been maintained by Kerr County), said lane is located in a Sub-
division known as MONTEBELLO ESTATES, the Plat of which is recorded in Volume 4, Page 50,
Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, located in Kerr County Precinct Number One.

N0. 14671 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 26th day of May 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims;
and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last
term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasur,,
er, in amounts and out of General Road and Bridge, General, Kerr County Public Library and
Officers Salary Funds, as shown in the Disbursements Journal in the County Auditor's Office,
which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved.

N0. 14672 ACCEPTANCE OF BUILDING AT KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. ONE YARD AND AUTHORIZATION
FOR FINAL PAYMENT TO METAL SYSTEMS
On this the 1st day of June 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Building construct-
ed by Metal Systems of Fredericksburg, Texas, at Kerr County Precinct No. One Yard.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be
authorized to draw two vouchers, payable to Metal Systems, one in the amount of $11,663.00,
which is the balance owing on contract dated 2/12/1982, and the other voucher in the amount
of $1,360.00 for additional work performed for installation of gutters & downspouts and
insulation, payable out of Precinct No. One Road & Bridge Fund.
