COUNTY OF KERR X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 14th day 'i
of June 1982, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

FRANK L. SPEAKMON Commissioner Precinct No. 2
VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct No. 3
BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR, Commissioner Precinct No. 4
On this the 14th day of June 1987., upon motion made by Commissioner Rolland, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Commissioner Lich be
selected as the Presiding Officer of the Regular June 1982 Term of Commissioners' Court,
during the absence of County Judge Julius R. Neunhoffer, due to illness, and the Court waving
duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14673 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 14th day of June 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various j,
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 1, Lateral
Road 4, General Road & Bridge, General, Officers Salary, Jail Operating, Jury, County Law
Library, Kerr County Public Library, 216th District Probation, Tax Appraisal Office Fund
and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as shown in the Disbursements Journal in the County Auditor's
Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 14th day of June 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the
County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 14675 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR COUNTY TAX APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR 1982
TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES
On this the 14th day of June 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a quarterly payment to the Kerr County
Tax Appraisal District, in the amount of $13,763.86, for 1982 Tax Appraisal Office Expenses.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Kerr County Tax Appraisal District, in the above
amount.
