N0. 14676 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO AMBULANCE CONTRACT BET4~IEEN CYNRO, INC., CONTRACTOR, AND
THE CITY OF KERRVILLE & KERR COUNTY
On this the 14th day of June 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved an Amendment to the EMS Contract,
between CYNRO, INC., CONTRACTOR and the CITY OF KERRVILLE and KERR COUNTY.
Effective June 2nd, 1982, monthly payments to CYNRO, INC., be increased from $4,600.00
per month to $7,600.00 per month, and extending for four months, through the end of Septemb
1982.
All other terms and conditions of the existing Ambulance Contract signed by the Contrac-
tor, City and County on January 26, 1981, shall remain the same.

N0. 14677 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO CITY-COUNTY AIRPORT STANDARDS TO PROVIDE FOR
AN AIRPORT FUND AND USE CHARGES
On this the 14th day of June 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a proposed Amendment to the City-
County Airport Standards to provide for an Airport Fund, Fuel Delivery Permits and Charges
and Use Charge on Automobile Renting.

N0. 14678 APPROVAL OF LOW BID OF REICHENAU, INC., FOR LANDFILL TRENCHING AND EXCAVATING
On this the 14th day of June 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the low Bid of
P.eichenau, Inc., for Landfill Trenching and Excavating, in the amount of $29,712.18 (final
contract payment to be made on basis of the unit price bid of $1.01 per cubic yard of
excavation), upon recommendation and action by the City of Kerrville.

PARKS AND WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT

On this the 14th day of June, 1982, came on to be considered the approval or disapproval
of 1982-83 Hunting and Fishing Proclamation of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department; and
it appearing that an agreement has been reached with a representative of the Parks and Wild- ';
life Commission that consideration may be postponed until a later date, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by ';
the Court that the approval or disapproval of the 1982-83 Proclamation be postponed until a

N0. 14680 APPROVAL OF MERIT INCREASE OF ELIZABETH PATE, DEPUTY TAX APPRAISER OF THE KERR
COUNTY TAX APPRAISAL DISTRICT
On this the 14th day of June 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously confirmed the merit increase of Elizabeth Pate
Deputy Tax Appraiser of the Kerr County Tax Appraisal District, for payroll purposes, from
$13,200.00 per annum to $13,800.00 per annum, effective as of June 1st, 1982.

Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid proposal of
ROBERT WM. HAILE, for purchase of one used Flat Bed Trailer from Kerr County Precinct No.
Three in the amount of $300.00, as the best bid of three bids submitted.
