N0. 14682 ACCEPTANCE OF BID PROPOSAL OF WHELAN PLUMBING COMPANY, INC., FOR SEWER AND WATER
LINE AT KERR COUNTY PRECINCT ONE YARD
On this the 14th day of June 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a bid proposal of
WHELAN PLUMBING COMPANY, INC., in the amount of $1,595.00 for a sewer and water line and
installation of same, at the Kerr County Precinct One Yard.
Said amount of $1,595.00 to be paid upon completion, out of Precinct No. One Road &
Bridge Fund.

N0. 14683 TRANSFER OF $40,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 14th day of June 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner l~olland seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $40,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

N0. 14684 TRANSFER OF $8,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO JAIL OPERATING FUND
On this the 14th day of June 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $8,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.

N0. 14685 APPORTIONMENT OF $40,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND TO THE PRECINCT ROAD
AND BRIDGE FUNDS
On this the 14th day of June 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $40,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund
to the four Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows:
Road & Bridge No. 1 ------ $9,600.00
Road & Bridge No. 2 ------ $9,600.00
Road & Bridge No. 3 ------ $9,600.00
Road & Bridge No. 4 ------ $11,200.00

a subdivision comprising 3.49 acres of land, approximately 1.47 acres out of Nathaniel Hoyt
Survey No. 147, Abstract No. 178 and 2.02 acres out of John A. Southmayd Survey No. 148,
Abstract No. 288, in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. 2.
