EFFECTIVE JULY 1st, 1982
On this the	14th day of June	1982, upon motion made	by	Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner	Guthrie, the Court	unanimously approved	the Application of	Emmie M. Muenker,
County Clerk of	Kerr County, Texas	, for merit increases	for	the following	Deputies, to be
effective as of	July 1st, 1982:				i

TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, NOT TO EXCEED $6,000.00 FOR THE IMPORTED FIRE ANT
CONTROL PROGRAM
On this the 14th day of June 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a request for 6000 pounds of Amdro
and authorized payment to the Texas Department of Agriculture, in an amount not to exceed
$6,000.00, payable out of the General Fund, for the Imported Fire Ant Control Program.

by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 178 thru 188, Volume P.

N0. 14698 ORDER OBLIGATING FUNDS FOR PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL RADIO COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT
PURSUANT TO BIDS AVAILABLE TO ALAMO COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
Whereas, the County of Kerr has been advised by the Alamo Area Council of Governments
of a Criminal Justice Grant with regards to the availability of certain additional equipment
for regional law enforcement communications, namely two mobile radios for the use of the Kerr
County Sheriff's Department; and
Whereas, the County of Kerr has been informed by the Alamo Area Council of Governments
that $1,400.00 will be the share required from the County of Kerr for the purchase of addi-
tional equipment desired by Kerr County under available grants; and
Whereas the Commissioners' Court of the County of Kerr has authorized the Alamo Area
1 Council of Governments to purchase on its behalf certain additional radio communications
'II equipment for use in the regional law enforcement communications system;
Now therefore be it resolved that the amount of $1,400.00 pertaining to the share of
the County of Kerr for this additional regional law enforcement communications equipment is
obligated by the County of Kerr, being further subject to the provision that this program is
a part of a federal grant and any payments herein are contingent upon the availability of
said federal funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously
approved by the Court, this the 14th day of June, 1982.
