On this the 30th day of June, 1982, came on to be considered by the Court, the matter
of acceptance of roadways in Silver Creek Estates, according to the plat recorded in Volume 4,,
Page 188, Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, in Commissioner's Precinct No. One.
II Upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court
unanimously approved that the clauses stated in Order No. 13848, dated October 19, 1979,
I recorded in Volume 0, Page 513 of the Commissioners' Court Minutes, in regard to Silver Creek
Estate, be rescinded and that Kerr County Precinct No. One, does accept the roadways in said
subdivision mentioned above.
