COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION JULY 2nd, 1982 at 10:55 o'clock
A. M., with the following officers present:
JULIUS R. NEUNHOFFER County Judge
FRANK L. SPEAKMON Commissioner Precinct No. 2

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14706 APPROVAL OF PAYMENTS TO BRADSHER TRUCK & EQUIPMENT FOR USED VEHICLES FOR
PRECINCTS 2 AND 4
On this the 2nd day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved two payments to Bradsher Truck &
Equipment for used Vehicles for use by Precincts 2 and 4, as follows:
One 1977 GMC 3/4 T. Pickup - TCL237S510911 - in the amount of $3,000.00, for use
by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 2, payable out of the General
Road & Bridge Fund.
One 1974 Int'1 Dump Truck ~~1067ZDHA20218 - in the amount of $7,000.00, for use
by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 4, payable out of the General
Road & Bridge Fund.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw vouchers on the above two items out of the General Road & Bridge Fund.

N0. 14707 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF REPEAT OF LOT 1 BLOCK 1, EXECUTIVE PLAZA
On this the 2nd day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF REPEAT OF LOT 1,
BLOCK 1, EXECUTIVE PLAZA, - 1.21 acres, Survey No. 120, in Kerr County Precinct No. 4.
(No restrictions - located in City of Kerrville).

N0. 14708 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO AL LUIS, OUT OF STATE WITNESS, IN CAUSE N0. 3272-A,
198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $669.20
On this the 6th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment to AL LUIS, out of State witness,
in Cause No. 3272-A - State of Texas vs. Jack Minica, 198th Judicial District Court of Kerr
County, Texas, in the total amount of $669.20 for round trip airline fare, expense of necessar~
surface travel and five days required travel and attend as a witness.
