BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 12th
day of July 1982, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

N0. 14709 BID PROPOSALS ON USED SURPLUS EQUIPMEPdT OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. 4 REFERRED
TO COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 12th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the bid proposals on used
surplus equipment of Kerr County Precinct ~k4 be referred to the County Auditor, Don Will
for study and recommendation.

N0. 14710 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of July 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers
Salary, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, Jail Operating, Jury, 216th District
Probation, Juvenile Services, Revenue Sharing Trust, Tax Appraisal Office and General Road
& Bridge Funds, as shown in the Disbursements Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which
are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 12th day of July 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
