Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her '' hands for the period from January 1st, 1982 and ending June 30th, 1982, and held on deposit ', in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $ 22,542.76. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved. 1 Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14714 APPROVAL OF SEMI-ANNUAL CONTRACTUAL PAYMENT TO UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES On this the 12th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded ~' by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the semi-annual payment to the Upper i Guadalupe River Authority for Environmental Services, in the amount of $27,415.00. It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to the Upper Guadalupe River Authori- ty out of the General Fund. LACKEY ON USED SURPLUS EQUIPMENT BELONGING TO KERR COUNTY PREC. ~k4 On this the 12th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously accepted bid proposals of Ted E. Lackey on I used surplus equipment belonging to Kerr County Precinct No. 4, as recommended by County ', Auditor, Don Williamson, as the best bids submitted, as follows: One 1969 Chevrolet Dump Truck, 5 yd. bed, 6 cyl, 4 speed, 2 speed rear end, 292 cu. in. Engine - in the amount of $1500.00 and One Ford 1841 Industrial Tractor - Ser. ~p55888 with 5/8 cu. yd. bucket loader, Ser. ~k341 - in the amount of $2100.00.
