LACKEY ON USED SURPLUS EQUIPMENT BELONGING TO KERR COUNTY PREC. ~k4 On this the 12th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously accepted bid proposals of Ted E. Lackey on used surplus equipment belonging to Kerr County Precinct No. 4, as recommended by County Auditor, Don Williamson, as the best bids submitted, as follows: One 1969 Chevrolet Dump Truck, 5 yd. bed, 6 cyl, 4 speed, 2 speed rear end, 292 cu. in. Engine - in the amount of $1500.00 and One Ford 1841 Industrial Tractor - Ser. ~k55888 with 5/8 cu. yd. bucket loader, Ser. ~p341 - in the amount of $2100.00.
