Neunhoffer for the consent of the Commissioners' Court to appoint, at his discret a Special County Judge pursuant to the provisions of Article 1933a, Section 3 (b), Vernon's Civil Statutes, to assist with the County Court's dockets at any time through December 31, 1932; and it appearing to the Court that current circumstande~ would justify this request, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimous- ly approved by the Court (Judge Neunhoffer not participating in the vote) that County Judge Julius R.
