On this the 12th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Mary Brooks,
~' District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, for a merit increase for Linda Uecker, Deputy District ~,
~! Clerk, from $11,580.00 per annum to $11,880.00 per annum (which is a $25.00 per month increase ,
effective July 1st, 1982.

On this the 12th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by

!' Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for merit increases for the following Deputies, to
!' be effective as of July 1st, 1982:
ANNE GRAHAM, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, from $9,240.00 per annum to $9,540.00
per annum, (25.00 per month increase).
HARRIET DIXON, Chief Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, from $7,812.00 per annum to
$3,037.00 per annum, (18.75 per month increase - Part-time).
BOBBIE LEEDY, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, from $11,580.00 per annum to $11,880.00
per annum, (25.00 per month increase).

TEXAS, FOR APPOINTMENT OF JODY KAY VANICEK, AS DEPUTY COUNTY TREASURER OF KERR
COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 12th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Dorothy H. Smith,
County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, for appointment of Jody Kay Vanicek as Deputy County
Treasurer, effective July 19th, 1982, at a salary of $8,880.00 per annum ($740.00 per month),
effective the date of her qualification, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 14728 ORDER DISAPPROVING PORTIONS OF STATEWIDE HUNTING AND FISHING PROCLAMATION FOR
1982-83
', On this the 12th day of July, 1982 came on to be heard by the Commissioners' Court of
Kerr County, sitting at its regular July, 1982 term and being a regular meeting occurring
more than 5 days subsequent to May 13, 1982, the matter of approval and/or disapproval of the
provisions of Statewide Hunting and Fishing Proclamation for 1982-83 as adopted by the Parks
and [dildlife Commission of the State of Texas on May 13, 1982, and after due consideration by
the Court, it is ordered that those portions of said Proclamation not hereinafter disapproved
by specific reference or by indirect referrals are deemed to be approved, and that the follow-
ing portions, provisions and sections of said Statewide Proclamation for 1982-83 are hereby
disapproved pursuant to the Court's action on the hereinafter specifically grouped sections
of said Proclamation, to-wit:
