On this the 12th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
'Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase for the Official
District Court Reporter of the 198th Judicial District, from $8,400.00 per annum to 10,065.00
per annum, effective September 1st, 1982.

the second Replat of Las Quintas, provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept mainterj,-
'' ance of roadways until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads '
are constructed, paved, drained and impedibles removed, according to specifications of the
Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.
