N0. 14729 SALARY INCREASE FOR DISTRICT COURT REPORTER OF THE 198th JUDICIAL DISTRICT,
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1st.,. 1982
On this the 12th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase for the Official
District Court Reporter of the 198th Judicial District, from $8,400.00 per annum to 10,065.00
per annum, effective September lst, 1982.

N0. 14730 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SOLAR VILLAGE, BEING THE SECOND REPEAT OF LAS QUINTAS
On this the 12th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF SOLAR VILLAGE, being
the second Replat of Las Quintas, provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept maint
ance of roadways until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads
are constructed, paved, drained and impedibles removed, according to specifications of the
Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.

N0. 14731 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF BLAIR PARK
On this the 12th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF BLAIR PARK in Commissioner's
Precinct No. 4, provided in so doing, that Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the
road easements, and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility for repair,
maintenance, construction or reconstruction of said roadways, and that this provision be shown
on the face of the Plat.

BRIDGE ON FALL CREEK ROAD
On this the 16th day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Bid Proposal of
Edmund Jenschke, Inc., for repairs on the Turtle Creek Bridge on Fall Creek Road, in the
amounts as follows:
Repairs on Bridge -	Concrete road bed 30'	x 40' with No. 4 steel	on 1' center;
concrete 8" thick.	Toe ditches 15" deep	in rock. - Concrete - 5	sack mix.
	Total bid	price	$3600.00
and
125' rip rap ditch line, 4" concrete with No. 6 wire mesh, 3' flat bottom
