', Paving Company for paving various roads in Kerr County Precinct No. 3 (approximately 7 miles
of roadway), as follows:
Aggregate to be furnished by Kerr County,
Price for purchasing and applying asphalt to be $1.00 per gallon,
Aggregate - apply & roll @ $12.00 per cu. yd.,
as the best bid.

198th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $691.20
On this the 23rd day of July 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved payment to ROBERT LEE MINICA, out of
State witness, in Cause No. 3272-A - State of Texas vs. Jack Minica, 198th Judicial District
Court of Kerr County, Texas, in the total amount of $691.20 for round trip airline fare,
expense of necessary surface travel and five days required travel and attend as a witness.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the General Fund, payable to ROBERT LEE MINICA, in the above amount.
