PNENKER, COUNTY CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT OF SIMONA GARZA, AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK On this the 9th day of August 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Emmie M. Muenker,;' County Clerk, for appointment of Simona Garza, as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of $8,400.00 per annum ($700.00 per month), effective the date of her qualifica- tion, the same being August 10, 1982, and that her salary be paid out of Officers Salary Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14744 ORDER ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES FOR PAYMENTS ON LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FOR THREE ' JOHN DEERE MOTOR GRADERS On this the 9th day of August 1982 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of establishing procedures for the regular semi-annual payments due on three John Deere y Motor Graders presently in use by the Commissioners of Precincts 1, 2 and 4, and it appearing to the Court that the semi-annual lease payments for the three Motor Graders leased pursuant to Order No. 14,588 entered on the 26th day of January 1982 are due on August 10, 1982 and August 20, 1982 and again thereafter at regular 6 month intervals, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and unanimously approved by the Court that, so long as the said lease purchase agreements are in effect, the Treasurer be authorized to draw three vouchers on the General Road and Bridge Fund in August, 1982 and thereafter at regular six month intervals in the amounts of $9,816.48, $9,816.48 and $8,229.24; payable as set forth in the three individual lease purchase agreements and to deliver the same by the due date of each agreement. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 14745 MINUTES READ AND APPROVED On this the 9th day of August 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 198 thru 207, Volume P. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14746 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED USE OF GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS TO BE RECEIVED BY KERR COUNTY On this the 9th day of August, 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved authorization of Notice of Public Hearing for Proposed Use of General Revenue Sharing Funds to be received by Kerr County, said hearing to be held in the Kerr County Courtroom in the Kerr County Courthouse on August 24, 1982 at 9:00 o'clock a, m.
