Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $40,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund
to the four Road £~ Bridge Precincts, as follows:

N0. 14750 TRANSFER OF $5,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO JAIL OPERATING FUND
On this the 9th day of August 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.

N0. 14751 TRANSFER OF $40,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 9th day of August 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner llolland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $40,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 14752 APPROVAL OF ORDER FOR PAYMENT TO THE DISTRICT CLERK OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR
GENERAL WITNESS EXPENSE IN CAUSE N0. 783 - THE STATE OF TEXAS VS. JACK MINICA
On this the 9th day of August 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to the District Clerk of Kerr
County, Texas in the amount of $1,500.00 for general witness expense, in Cause No. 783 - The
State of Texas vs. Jack Minica, in the 198th Judicial Judicial District court in Kerr County,
Texas.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer are authorized to draw a ~!
voucher on the General Fund, payable to the District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, in the above',
amount.
