On this the 17th day of August 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of [Jilliam V.

HILL, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, with regret, effective

N0. 14757 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PAUL FIELDS, SHERIFF, FOR APPOINTMENT OF JAMES DAVID
FUDGE, AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 17th day of August 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded'
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Paul Fields, Sheriff,
for appointment of JAP4ES DAVID FUDGE as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas and that his
compensation be fixed at $13,500.00 per annum ($1125.00) per month, effective the date of his
qualification, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 14758 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF CAVE SPRINGS ADDITION SECTION SIX
On this the 17th day of August 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF CAVE SPRINGS ADDITION
SECTION SIX in Kerr County Precinct No. Four.

N0. 14759 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF MINIT MART ~p10 IN ATtOUNT OF $12.00
On this the 17th day of August 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Minit Mart ~~10 in the
amount of $12.00, payable out of Road & Bridge No. 2 Fund, for ice for road crew.

On this the 18th day of August 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County, since the last term of Court, which claims and
accounts were approved Łor payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road
& Bridge Precinct No. 1 Fund, as shown in the Disbursements Journal in the County Auditor's
Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously
approved by the Court. I
