at which time a public hearing was conducted for the proposed use of General Revenue Sharing
Funds, which are to be included in Kerr County's Operating Budget for the fiscal and calendar
year 1983.

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14761 BUDGET HEARING SET FOR SEPTEMBER 9, 1982 at 2:00 P.M.
2 members of the Public were present at the public hearing.
Public hearing adjourned August 24th, 1982 at 9:15 A.M.
On this the 24th day of August 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the court unanimously approved that a public hearing on the 1983
Budget for Kerr County, Texas, be set at 2:00 o'clock P.M., Thursday, September 9, 1982 and
that the County Judge of Kerr County, Texas be hereby directed to issue notice by publication,
with notice thereof to be published in the official newspaper of Kerr County, one time, that
the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas will submit for consideration of the public,
a Budget for the Control of the County Financial Affairs, for the calendar and fiscal year
1983, including General Revenue Sharing Funds, the same to be at a public hearing to be held
September 9th, 1982 at 2:0!1 P. M., in the Kerr County Courtroom of the Courthouse in Kerrville,
Texas.

COURT RE-CONVENED August 24th, 1982 at 11:45 o'clock A. M. and the following
proceedings were had:
N0. 14762 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF B & Ld PROPERTIES
On this the 24th day of August 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF B & W PROPERTIES, subject
to the provisions that Kerr County will not accept maintenance of roadways until residential
development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed according to the
specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four.

14763 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RIVER OAKS LODGE SUBDIVISION
On this the 24th day of August 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF RIVER OAKS LODGE SUBDIVI-
SION in Kerr County Precinct No. Four. (All roads are private roads and there are no public
road easements).
