by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 14743 - Re: Applica- ~
tion of Emmie T1. Muenker, County Clerk, for Appointment of Simona Garza, as Deputy County ~',
Clerk, be amended as to the fixed salary of said Deputy, and that the salary be fixed at
$8,800.00 per annum ($740.00 per month), instead of $8,400.00 ($700.00 per month) as erroneous+
ly shown.

term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasur-
er, in amounts and out of Lateral Road 2, Lateral Road 4 and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as
shoran in the Disbursements Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part here-
of and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously ~

as the lowest and best bid, as follows:
