of September 1982, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term
of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14772 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 13th day of September 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers
Salary, Jury, Jail Operating, 216th District Probation, Juvenile Services, County Law Library
Kerr County Public Library, Revenue Sharing Trust, Tax Appraisal Office, General Road and
Bridge and Loop 534 Right of Way Funds, as shown in the Disbursements Journal in the County
Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 14773 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY & PRECINCT OFFICERS APPROVED
On this the 13th day of September 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the
County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 14774 ACCEPTANCE OF 1981 AUDIT BY PRESSLER, THOMPSON AND COMPANY AND	AUTHORIZATION
FOR PAYMENT	
On this the 13th day of September 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the 1981 Audit by
I Pressler, Thompson and Company, of Kerr County Records, in the amount of $22,800.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a
'•! voucher on the General Fund, payable to Pressler, Thompson and Company in the above amount.

!, N0. 14775 EMPLOYMENT OF PRESSLER, THOMPSON & COMPANY TO AUDIT 1982 KERR COUNTY RECORDS
On this the 13th day of September 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
'' by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the firm of PRESSLER, THOMPSON
& COMPANY be employed to audit the 1982 records of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr
