N0. 14777 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR COUNTY TAX APPRAISAL DLSTRICT FOR 1982
TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES
On this the 13th day of September 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a quarterly payment to the
Kerr County Tax Appraisal District, in the amount of $13763.86 for 1982 Tax Appraisal Office
Expenses.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw
a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Kerr County Tax Appraisal District, in the
above amount.

N0. 14778 RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Juvenile Probation Department of Kerr County has requested funding for a
project known as Purchase of Youth Services to aid in the duties of that department, and
WHEREAS, funding is available for such a program through the Governor's Office of General
Counsel and Criminal Justice and the Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Act for 100% of the
project amount, and
WHEREAS, the involvement of juveniles in delinquency and crime is of concern to this
body and deserves the attention of our Criminal Justice System;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County hereby approve;
the submission of a grant application entitled "Purchase of Youth Services" in the amount of
