N0. 14794 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THREE NEW 1982 FOUR-DOOR SEDANS, WITHOUT TRADE-INS,
FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 13th day of September 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Speakmon, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge
be authorized to advertise for three new 1982 four-door sedans, without trade-ins, for use by
the Kerr County Sheriff's Department.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., October 11th, 1982, at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, September 18th
and 25th, 1982.

N0. 14796 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF BOB TAYLOR FOR LABOR INSTALLING EIGHT PIPE HEADS ON FALL
CREEK ROAD
On this the 16th day of September 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Bob Taylor in
the amount of $600.00, for installing eight pipe heads on Fall Creek Road.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the Road & Bridge Precinct Fund No. 2, in the above amount, payable to Bob Taylor.
