COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION SEPTEMBER 24th, 1987_ at 10:50
o'clock A. M., with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14797 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF WOOD CREEK
On this the 24th day of September 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF WOOD CREEK
located in Kerr County Precinct No. One, provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept
maintenance of roadways until residential development shall justify said maintenance and
until roads are constructed, paved, drained, impedibles removed and underground water or
electrical lines properly located, according to the specifications of the Commissioner of
Kerr County Precinct Pdo. One.

N0. 14798 APPROVAL OF DUGOSH AIRCRAFT SERVICE COP4PANY, INC. SUB-LEASE AGREEMENT
On this the 24th day of September 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved confirmation of a Sub-Lease
Agreement, by and between Dugosh Aircraft Service Company, Inc., Sub-Lessor and the City of
Kerrville and Kerr County, Texas, Sub-Lessee, as executed on September 17th, 1982.

N0. 14799 APPROVAL OF AIRPORT PIAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR WILCOX D1ARK 1-D INSTRUMENT LANDING
SYSTEM LOCALIZER, WILCOX OUTER MARKER AND SOUTHERN AVIONICS COMPASS LOCATER
EQUIPMENT
On this the 24th day of September 1982, upon. motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Airport Maintenance
Contract for Wilcox Mark 1-D Instrument Landing System Localizer, Wilcox Outer Market and
Southern Avionics Compass Locater Equipment and that the Contract be awarded to Mr. Thurman
Harvill
Harvill/Electronics of Silsbee, Texas, for a period of one year, beginning October 1, 1982
and ending September 30, 1983, subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.

N0. 14800 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF NUGGETT'S BODY SHOP
On this the 24th day of September 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Pduggett's Body
Shop in the amount of $1,000.00 for painting 4 trucks & 2 pickups.
It is further ordered that the Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the Road & Bridge Precinct 4 Fund, payable to Nuggett's Body Shop, in the above
amount.
