COUNTY OF KERR X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 11th day
of October 1982, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
The taking and receiving of bids for three new 1982 four-door sedans for use by
the Kerr County Sheriff's Department was declared closed at this time.

On this the 11th day of October 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the bids for three new 1982 four-
door sedans for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department be referred to the County Auditor -`
for study and recommendation.

N0. 14803 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 11th day of October 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge 1, 2, 3, 4, F. M. & Lateral Road, General,
Officers Salary, Jury, Jail Operating, 216th District Probation, Juvenile Services, County
Law Library, Revenue Sharing Trust and Tax Appraisal Office Funds, as shown in the Disburse-
ments Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 13th day of September 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the
County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
