N0. 14805 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORTS ON TRUST FUND AND REPORT OF FINES OF COUNTY CLERK
On this the 11th day of October 1982, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of September 1982, and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $22,672,91
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $12,637.00.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously
approved by the Court.
