N0. 14805 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORTS ON TRUST FUND AND REPORT OF FINES OF COUNTY CLERK
_ On this the 11th day of October 1982, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of September 1982, and held on deposit ~
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $22,672.91
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $12,637.00.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously ~
approved by the Court.

N0. 14806 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORTS OF TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR FOR YEAR 1981, ENDING
JUNE 30, 1982
On this the 10th day of October 1982, came on to be examined by the Court the settlement
with Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector, for the period ending June 30th, 1982 and it
appearing to the Court that said reports are in proper form and should be approved, and that
the Tax Assessor-Collector be credited with the amounts as set forth on the current tax roll
of Insolvents, Errors, Delinquents and Discounts Allowed, as follows:

The collection represents a collection for the tax year 1981 in the amount of 93.3%,
and also that the Tax Assessor-Collector be charged with the amount collected in addition to

Motion made by Commisssioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously
approved the Annual Reports of Tax Assessor-Collector, Doris Lee Smith, for the tax year 1981,
