On this the 11th day of October 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF WHISPERING OAKS, located,
in Kerr County Precinct No. One, provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept main-
tenance of roadways until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until
roads are constructed, paved, drained, impedibles removed and underground water or electrical
lines property located, according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County
Precinct No. One.

On this the 11th day of October 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded

Addition Section Six, located in Kerr County Precinct No. Four.

N0. 14810 APPROVAL OF REIMBURSEMENT OF $50,587.13 TO THE KERR COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR
THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE FROM THE 1981 BUDGETED EXPENDITURES
On this the 11th day of October 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer and County
Auditor be authorized to reimburse the Kerr County Appraisal District the sum of $50,587.13
for the unexpended balance from the 1981 budgeted expenditures, as audited and requested by
Doris Lee Smith, Chief Appraiser, payable out of the Tax Appraisal Office Fund.

N0. 14811 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE CITY/COUNTY FIRE FIGHTING AGREEMENT
On this the 11th day of October 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, with Commissioners Speakmon, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge
Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland voting "NO", said motion carrying by a
majority vote, approving an Amendment to the City/County Fire Fighting Agreement, between the
City of Kerrville and the County of Kerr.
Effective October 31st, 1982, Kerr County will pay to the City of Kerrville monthly the
rate of $2,000.00 per month for fire service rendered and terminating on September 30, 1983,
under the identical terms and conditions of the existing second one-year extension of the
existing fire contract.

NC. 14812 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT OF AP4BULANCE CONTRACT, BY AND BETWEEN CYNRO, INC. AND THE
CITY OF KERRVILLE AND THE COUNTY OF KERR
On this the 11th day of October 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved an Amendment to the Ambulance Con- _
tract, by and between Cynro, Inc. and the City of Kerrville and the County of Kerr, beginning
October 1, 1982 and extending for one (1) year through September 30, 1983, the City and
County shall pay to Cynro, Inc. a monthly sum of $7,600.00, subject to concurrence by the

ENTERTAINMENT IN HOMES AND A COMMUNITY ANTENNA SYSTEM IN THE COUNTY OF KERR
COMFORT, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE USE, RIGHT, PRIVILEGE, POWER AND AUTHORITY TO
CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN, OPERATE AND REMOVE IN, OVER AND ACROSS THE STREETS,
AVENUES, PARKWAYS AND PUBLIC PLACES THE NECESSARY EQUIPP4ENT FOR THE OPERATION

SECTION 1: There is hereby granted by the County of Kerr, Texas (herein called County)
I! to Petty General Construction Company, Inc. d.b.a. Comfort Cable Co. (herein after called
", Grantee), and its successors and assigns, the right and privilege, for a period of sixteen
(16) years from the effective date of this Resolution, to construct, maintain and operate in
the present and future streets, alleys and public places within a portion of Kerr County,
Texas, described as election precinct eight (8), election precinct three (3) South of I.H. 10
as presently defined and incorporated herein for all purposes, and its successors, necessary
wiring, cables, poles, underground conduits, and other apparatus for the purpose of operating
'; and extending to the citizens of the County, and the inhabitants thereof, a system of exhibi-
'j tion of motion pictures and other visual and audible entertainment in the homes by transmission
of electronic im~ses originating in a central studio or other facility over cables, wires

'! or other means, such visual and audible entertainment being reproduced in the homes through
''; television sets of other electronic devices; and the right and privilege to erect and operate ~
a community antenna system for the transmission of television signals. There is hereby
