On this the 11th day of October 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court -that the following roads ~
in Stone Ridge Subdivision in Precinct No. One be accepted for maintenance as public roads:
Ridge Road, Stone Ridge Drive and Valley Ridge Drive
Other Roads accepted for maintenance as public roads:
1. Monroe Drive - intersection of Monroe Drive to the intersection of Ridgeway

2. Ridgeway Drive - intersection of Monroe Drive, easterly 2/lOths of a mile
and

3. Portions of Old Highway 16 which have been turned back to Kerr County, as

County Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General Fund to
the Jail Operating Fund.
