SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZATION TO NEGOTIATE BIDS FOR NEW OR USED FOUR
DOOR SEDANS
On this the 11th day of October 1982, upon rsotion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded;
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved rejection of all bids received for
three 1982 four-door sedans for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, due to failure
of meeting specifications.
It is further ordered
bids for three new or used
Sheriff's Department.
COURT ADJOURNED
by the Court that the Auditor and Sheriff be authorized to negotiate
four-door sedans for immediate delivery, for use by the Kerr County

AP4ENDP4ENT TO AGREEMENT
CITY/COUNTY FIRE FIGHTING AGREEMENT
This Amendment by and betwen the CITY OF KERRVIi.LF., Kerr County, Texas, hereinafter
called "City", acting through its Mayor and attested by its City Clerk, and the COUP3TY OF
KERR. hereinafter called "County", acting through the Commissioners Court of such County,
pursuant to the order of the said Commissioners Court:
WITNESSETH:
The City and-County agree to the continuation of the manner of payment wherein the
County will pay to the City monthly the rate of $2,000 per month for fire service rendered
hereunder beginning on October 31, 1932, and terminating on September 30, 1983.
Except as amended herein, all of the provisions of the original agreement effective
October 1, 1979, shall be in effect during the term hereof.
EXECUTED this the 12 day of October, 1982.
