o'clock A.M., with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14828 ACCEPTANCE OF NEGOTIATED BID OF HILL COUNTRY MOTORS, INC. FOR ONE 1982 CHEVROLET
IMPALA AND ONE 1980 BUICK LeSABRE FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 25th day of October 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the negotiated bids
of Hill Country Motors, Inc. for one 1982 Chevrolet Impala, four-door sedan in the amount of
$8,758.86 and for one 1980 Buick LeSabre, four-door sedan in the amount of $6,360.00
(as per Order No. 14827, dated October 11, 1982).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the amount of $15,118.86 for the above two cars, payable out of the
General Fund, payable to Hill Country Motors, Inc.

N0. 14829 ACCEPTANCE OF NEGOTIATED BID OF ALTON JAMES USED CARS FOR ONE 1981 CHEVROLET
IMPALA, FOUR-DOOR SEDAN FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND
AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 25th day of October 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the negotiated bid of
Alton James Used Cars, for one 1981 Chevrolet Impala, four-door sedan in the amount of
$6,950.00 (as per Order No. 12827, dated October 11, 1982).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher in the amount of $6,950.00 for the above car, payable out of the General
Fund, payable to Alton James Used Cars.

AND THE OLD AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING
On this the 29th day of October 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved two claims of Storm Electric for
electrical work performed at the Kerr County Courthouse and the Old Agriculture Exhibition
Building in the amounts of $1424.70 and $78.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw vouchers on the General Fund in the above amounts, payable to Storm Electric
