FOR RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT FOR SPUR 535 AIRPORT ACCESS ROADWAY On this the 8th day of November, 1982 came on to be heard and considered by the Court th& matter of consideration to be granted to Mooney Aircraft, Inc. as compensation for the Corporation's conveyance to the State of Texas of a right of way easement required for the construction of Spur 535 airport access road, which easement comprises 4.554 acres of land out of William T. Crook, Survey No. 71, Abstract No. 114, which has been designated as Parcel No. 2 of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreement has been arrived at between Mooney Aircraft, Inc. and Kerr County and the City of Kerrville as to the amount and nature of the compensation to be granted in consideration for the granting of the afore- said easement, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County, subject to the concurrence ~ and joinder herein by the City of Kerrville, will grant the following consideration to Mooney Aircraft, Inc. for the execution and delivery of the aforesaid right of way easement to the State of Texas:
