N0. 14844 TRANSFER OF $40,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 8th day of November 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $40,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officer
Salary Fund.

N0. 14845 ORDER AUTHORIZING TRANSFER AND DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS ON DEPOSIT WITH COUNTY
TREASURER IN SPECIAL CUSTODIAL ACCOUNT
On this the 8th day of November, 1982 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of transferring the funds currently on deposit with the County Treasurer to the custody)
of the Justice of the Peace of Precinct One of Kerr County for disbursement in accordance
with previously developed audit schedules of the accounts of previous officials of the office;' ~/,
and it appearing to the Court that all accounts receivalbe into the Special Custodial Fund of ~7/~'~j~),'

Kerr County have now been fully satisfied, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Treasurer

of Kerr County be authorized and directed to transfer the entire current balance of $4,565.76
on deposit in the Special Custodial Fund in the Kerr County treasury to the Justice of the
Peace of Precinct One of Kerr County for the purpose of disbursement under the supervision of
the County Auditor of Kerr County as per audit schedules previously developed as an incident
to the audit of the accounts of former officials in this office; and it is further ordered
that the aforesaid Special Custodial Account be closed on the books of the County Treasurer of
Kerr County.

N0. 14846 ORDER ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES FOR APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANS
BY THE UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY

On this the 8th day of November, 1982 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of approving the application form for subdivision sewage disposal plans, which
inform has been developed by the Upper Guadalupe River Authority, together with the matter of
`establishing procedures to assure compliance with the outlined approval requirements for
(applicable proposed subdivisions prior to the submission of proposed subdivision plats to the
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County for approval for filing in the plat records of Kerr County;

fter accompany proposed subdivision plats submitted to the Commissioners'
