On this the 30th day of December 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various

claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1 and 2, General, Officers Salary,
Jury, County Law Library and Tax Appraisal Office Funds, as shown in the Disbursements Journal'
in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order. ~I
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 14867 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF TWO SAVIN 870 COPY MACHINES FOR USE BY THE TAX OFFICE
AND THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 30 day of December 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of two Savin 870
Copy Machines, for use by the Tax Office and the District Clerk's Office.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw vouchers in the amount of $4,100.00 and $5,345.00, payable to IMAGE IDEAS, INC.,
payable out of the General Fund, as follows:

Deputy County Treasurer, be ratified and confirmed, effective December 31, 1982.
