of December 1982, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Special Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 14866 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 30th day of December 1982, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1 and 2, General, Officers Salary,
Jury, County Law Library and Tax Appraisal Office Funds, as shown in the Disbursements Journal.,
in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 14867 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF TWO SAVIN 870 COPY MACHINES FOR USE BY THE TAX OFFICE
AND THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 30 day of December 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of two Savin 870
Copy Machines, for use by the Tax Office and the District Clerk's Office.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
', to draw vouchers in the amount of $4,100.00 and $5,345.00, payable to IMAGE IDEAS, INC.,
payable out of the General Fund, as follows:
One SAVIN 870 copy machine for use by the Tax Office in the amount of $6,250.00, less
trade-in of one A. B. Dick 990 copy machine, in the amount of $2,150.00, leaving a net
amount of $4,100.00,
and
One SAVIN 870 copy machine in the amount of $6,250.00, less trade-in of A. B. Dick 901
copy machine, in the amount of $905.00, leaving a net amount of $5,345.00.

N0. 14868 RESIGNATION OF JODY VANICEK, DEPUTY COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 30th day of December 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Jody Vanicek,
Deputy County Treasurer, be ratified and confirmed, effective December 31, 1982.

N0. 14869 ORDER CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF SUSAN BLOOM, AS DEPUTY APPRAISER AND APPROVAL
OF SALARY FOR PAYROLL PURPOSES
On this the 30th day of December 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the confirmation of the appointment of
Susan Bloom, as Deputy Appraiser in the Kerr County Appraisal District and that her salary in
the amount of $11,352.00 per annum, be approved for payroll purposes only, effective December
13, 1982, payable out of the Tax Appraisal Office Fund.

On this the 30th day of December 1982, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
