On this the 30th day of December 1932, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF SHADOW RIDGE ESTATES, located
in Kerr County Precinct No. One, provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept mainter~-
ance of roadways until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads
are constructed, paved, drained, impedibles removed and underground water or electrical lines
property located.
