ORDER GRANTING SUPPLEMENTAL COMPENSATION TO THE ASSISTAidT
DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF THE 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 13th day of December 1982,. came on to be heard
and considered by the Court, the request of Ronald L. Sutton.,
District Attorney of the 198th Judicial District, for
supplemental compensation to be paid by Kerr County to Scott
F. Monroe, Assistant District Attorney of the 198th Judicial
District, and it appearing to the Court that the services
being rendered in Kerr County by the said Assistant District
Attorney warrant the granting of such request and that such
action be authorized under the provisions of Article 332a,
Vernon's Texas Statutes.
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously approved by the
Court that effective as of November 1st, 1982, Kerr County
pay supplemental salary compensation to Scott F. Monroe,
Assistant District Attorney of the 198th Judicial District,
in the amount of $1800.00 per annum ($150.00 per month),
payable out of the General Fund of Kerr County.
