APPORTIONMENT OF $40,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
TO THE PRECINCT ROAD AND BRIDGE FUNDS
On this the 8th day of March 1982, pending opinion by the
County Attorney, H. Ritman Jons, a motion was made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon
and unanimously approved by the Court that the regular monthly
allocation of $40,000.00 be made from the F. M. & Lateral Road
Fund to the Precinct Road & Bridge Funds.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the above sum to the four
Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows:
Road	&	Bridge	No.	1 ---	--- $ 9,600.00
Road	&	Bridge	No.	2 ---	--- $ 9,600.00
Road	&	Bridge	No.	3 ---	-- $ 9,600.00
Road	&	Bridge	No.	4 ---	-- $11,200.00
