ORDER CERTIFYING AND DECLARING TOTAL MILEAGE OF COUNTY
MAINTAINED PUBLIC ROADS WHICH CONSTITUTE THE LATERAL
ROAD SYSTEM OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of April, 1982 came on to be
heard and considered by the Court the necessity of certi.f.ying
to the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation the
total mileage of county maintained public roads, which roads
constitute the lateral road system of Kerr County as of January
1, 1982; and it appearing to the Court that the data compiled
by each of the four County Commissioners reflects that the total
county maintained public roads in Kerr County as of January 1,
1982 is 57.85 miles, which roadways constitute the lateral road
system of Kerr County; and that the said total is divided among
the four geographic areas constituting the presently delineated
Commissioners' precincts of Kerr County as follows:
Commissioner, Precinct No. 1, 110.48 miles
Commissioner, Precinct No. 2, 146.97 miles
Commissioner, Precinct No. 3, 87.10 miles
Commissioner, Precinct No. 4, 229.30 miles
Total 573.85 miles
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon seconded
by Commissioner Holland and unanimously approved by the
Court that the foregoing data be certified to the State Department
of Highways anc9 Public Transportation as true and correct for the
purpose of allocating certain State funds to be paid to or retained
by Kerr County.
