APPORTIONPIENT OF $40,000.00 FROM F. & M. LATERAL ROAD
FUND TO THE PRECINCT ROAD & BRIDGE FUNDS
On this the 8th day of February 1982, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
with Commissioners Speakmon, Lich and Holland and County
Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioner
Holland "ABSTAINING" from voting, said motion carrying
by a majority vote and approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of
$40,000.00 from the F. M. ~ Lateral Road Fund to the
four Road & Bridge Precincts, as follows:
