ORDER N0. 14588 ORDER APPROVING LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THREE JOHN DEERE MOTOR GRADERS On this the 26th day of January, 1982 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of approving three lease purchase agreements for three new John Deere Motor Graders for use by the Commissioners of Precincts 1, 2 and 4; and it appearing to the Court after due consideration that the aforesaid lease purchase agreements would provide the most economically feasible means of replacing three old motor graders which have become uneconomical to retain in use due to age and wear, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland , seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that the following three lease purchase agreements between Kerr County and the John Deere Industrial Equipment Company be approved and that the County Judge be authorized to sign the same on behalf of Kerr County: 1. A four year lease purchase agreement for a John Deere Model 670A Motor Grader for use of the Commissioner of Precinct one, including the trade-in of a used Caterpillar Motor Grader Serial No. 68E 639; 2. A four year lease purchase agreement for a John Deere Model 570A Motor Grader for use of the Commissioner of Precinct Two, including the trade-in of a used Caterpillar Motor Grader, Serial No. 346608. 3. A four year lease purchase agreement for a John Deere Model 670A Motor Grader for use of the Commissioner of Precinct Four, including a trade-in of a used Caterpillar Motor Grader Serial No. 3U6607; and it is further ordered that upon delivery of each individual motor grader and upon its final acceptance by the Commissioner of the precinct concerned, the Auditor and the Treasurer shall draw vouchers on the General Road and Bridge Fund for the first six months lease payment of each motor grader as follows, with the vouchers being payable to John Deere Industrial Equipment Company: For each Model 670A Motor Grader, $9,816.48 For the Model 570A Motor Grader, $8,229.20.
