ORDER NO. 14585
ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN COUNTRY MANOR SECTION 2
On this the 18th day of January, 1982, came on to be con-
sidered by the Court, the matter of acceptance of roadways in
Country Manor Section 2, according to plat thereof recorded in
Volume 4, Page 222, Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, in
Commissioner's Precinct No. One.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Holland
seconded by Commissioner Lich the Court
unanimously approved that the clauses stated in Order No. 14059,
dated June 24, 1980, recorded in Volume 0, Page 578, of the
Commissioners' Court Minutes, in regard to Country Manor
Section 2, be rescinded and that Kerr County Precinct No. One,
does accept the roadways in said subdivision mentioned above.
