ACCEPTAC7CE OF ROADWAYS KNOWN AS NICKS ROAD AND COBBS
CIRCLE, BEING THE ONLY ROADS IN NICKERSON FARM
SUBDIVISION
On this the 8th day of March 1982, on motion made by
Conunissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the
Court unanimously approved that the clause stated in
Order No. 13871, dated November 15, 1979, recorded in
Volume 0, Page 521 of the Commissioners' Court P4inutes,
in regard to NICKERSON FAR1"f SUBDIVISION, be rescinded and
that Kerr County Precinct No. 3, does accept the roadways known
as Nicks Road and Cobbs Circle, being the only roads in
NICKERSQN FAIL'`1 SUBDIVISION, retroactive to February 9th,
1982.
