SUBDIVISION
On this the 26th day of T'Iay 1982, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a portion
of NIXON LANE {which had not previously been maintained
by Kerr County), said lane is located in a Subdivision
known as MONTEBELLO ESTATES, the Plat of which is recorded
in Volume 4, Page 50, Plat Records oŁ Kerr County, Texas,
located in Kerr County Precinct Number One.
