by the Court, the matter of acceptance of roadways in Silver Creek Estates, according
ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN SILVER CREEK ESTATES
to the plat recorded in Volume 4, Page 188, Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, in
Commissioner's Precinct No. One.

approved that the	clauses stated in	Order No. 13848	dated October 19, 1979,
recorded in Volume	~ Page 513	of tYe Cocrmiissioners'	Court Minutes, in regard
Upon motion made by Commissioner
to Silver Creek Estate, be rescinded and that Kerr County Precinct No. One, does
accept the roadways in said subdivision mentioned above.
