REJECTION OF ALL BIDS FOR THREE 1982 FOUR DOOR SEDANS
FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTP4ENT AND
AUTHORIZATION TO PdEGOTIATE BIDS FOR NEW OR USED FOUR
DOOR SEDANS
On this the 11th day of October 1982, upon motion made
by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved rejection of all bids
received for three 1982 four-door sedans for use by the
Kerr County Sheriff's Department, due to failure of meeting
specifications.
It is further ordered by the Court that the Auditor and
Sheriff be authorized to negotiate bids for three new or used
four-door sedans for immediate delivery, for use by the Kerr
County Sheriff's Department.
